Issacs Residency is owned by K.P. Issac and Sons Pvt. Ltd, a pioneer business house of Kerala. Issacs Residency started its operations sins 1990. This Boutique Hotel was renovated recently to include many modern facilities. It is located on a hillock, overlooking the picturesque town of Munnar. It also provides a breathtaking view of rolling hills.

The hotel offers well-appointed rooms with modern facilities and its interiors are decorated in a contemporary style. Apart from bedrooms, the hotel offers facilities like a lounge, banquet/conference halls, a multi-cuisine restaurant, a well-stocked bar, in-house laundry, and a travel desk.

Issac’s Residency has Superior Premium Mountain View, Deluxe Mountain View, Mountain View Ultima, Honeymoon Suite, and Suite rooms. All the rooms are provided with an 8-inch rain shower head in its attached bathroom, LED TV with Cable Connection, WiFi, Tea/Coffee maker, and minibar.
