- Any personal data (for example your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) you transmit to the site by electronic mail or otherwise will be used by the Firm by keeping in mind the privacy of data. Any other communication or material you transmit to the site, such as questions, comments, suggestions, or the like, will be treated as nonconfidential and nonproprietary.
- Hotel Isaacs Residency reserves its rights to collect, analyze and disseminate aggregate site usage patterns of all its visitors to enhance services to its visitors. This includes sharing the information with its subsidiaries, and business associates as a general business practice.
- While Hotel Issacs Residency assures you that it will do its best to ensure the privacy and security of your personal information, it shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any violation or misuse of your personal information by unauthorized persons consequent to misuse of the internet environment.
Reservation and Cancellation
Hotel reservations/booking and cancellations are as per the rules & Regulations of Hotel Isaacs Residency and payment will be by the procedure of Hotel Isaacs Residency. No contract will subsist unless and until Hotel Isaacs Residency accepts your order by email or automated confirmation through the Site confirming that it has accepted your reservation, booking, or order and any such contract shall be deemed to incorporate the hotel reservation rules of booking and Hotel house rules. You undertake that all details you provide in connection with any services or products which may be offered by Hotel Isaacs Residency on the Site (including hotel room reservations) will be correct and, where applicable, the credit card / Debit Card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of any services or products which you wish to purchase. Hotel Isaacs Residency reserves the right to obtain validation of your credit card /Debit Card details before providing you with any services or products.
Settlements of bills
Bills must be settled on presentation, Cheques are not accepted. All foreign Nationals are requested to pay their bills in rupees with valid exchange documents. 100% advance is required before check-in. (Minimum one night Room Tariff)
Hotel’s Lien on Guest’s Luggage and Belongings
In case of default in payment of dues by a Guest, the management shall have a lien on the luggage and belongings, and be entitled to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the Guest and appropriate the net sale proceeds towards the amount due by the Guests without prejudice to the Management’s right to adopt such further recovery proceeding as may be required.
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going to bed, and not to leave the key in the keyhole. The management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss and or damage of Guest’s belongings or any other property from the room or any other part of the property for any causes whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
Bringing into and/or storing raw or exposed cinema films or any other articles of a combustible or hazardous nature and or prohibited goods and or goods of objectionable nature, in the property is prohibited. The guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management for its other guests, invitees, visitors, agents, and servants for any loss, financial or other damage that may be caused by such articles or negligence and non-observance of any/all instructions.
In any case, the management shall not be responsible towards any person or its valuables for damage of whatsoever nature, as the same should be taken care of by the guest. The guest should perform his due diligence and check before utilizing any accessories and services such as lifts, stairs, electric equipment, water coolers, parking, water tanks, etc. as any damage due to these would be the responsibility of the guest.
Use of Facilities
The Guest shall use the facilities and services available on the property with care and caution and entirely at the guest’s risk. The Guest shall agree to abide by and follow all instructions placed by the management at various places on the premises. The management shall not be responsible for any injury to the guest or damage to the guest’s goods that may be caused as a result of the use of the facility/services or for any reason whatsoever.
Washing clothes and hanging them for drying in the room shall not be permitted. Guests shall use in-house laundry facilities for the same.
Use of cooking utensils like stove/heater/immersion heater etc. and any gas-operated appliances are prohibited in guest rooms.
Damage of Property
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person to whom they are related.
Dogs and Pets
Dogs and pets are not permitted on the Hotel Premises.
It is agreed that the guest will respectably conduct himself/herself and not cause any nuisance or annoyance on the Hotel premises. The management reserves its right to refuse admission to any person on the Hotel premises. Management has also the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the property immediately, without prior notice and without assigning any reason and the guest shall be bound to do so. the management shall have the right to change the room allocated to the guest at any time, without assigning any reason and without any previous notice or to shift the guest to any other suitable accommodation.
Relation between Management and Guest
Nothing herein, shall constitute or deemed to be constitute or create any tenancy or subtenancy or any other right or interest in the Hotel premises or any part /portion thereof, in favor of any guest or resident or visitor and the management shall always be deemed to be in the full and absolute possession and control of the Hotel premises.
Application of laws, government rules, and regulations
The guest is requested to observe, confirm and abide by all applicable acts and laws and the government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
Amendments of rules
The management reserves its right to addition, amended, or revision of any of the above terms & conditions and rules without any notice and without assigning any reason.
Bookings without advance and our written confirmations will not be treated as confirmed.
The management shall not be responsible for any disturbance created due to any climatic situation, administrative orders, pest bites, etc.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All the services, information, rules, Terms, and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and in case of any litigation, the courts of Devikulam (KERALA) shall be the jurisdiction.
